The suitable candidate must have at least 3 years of hands-on experience with mechanical design and engineering systems. They should be familiar with CAD/CAM software and have knowledge of how to apply them in a practical setting. The successful applicant will be expected to develop and design new products, manage production processes and troubleshoot technical issues in order to ensure the efficiency of a project.

In addition, they should have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as excellent problem-solving skills.
