Optometrist - Ajman (1700 AED)

We are looking for an experienced Optometrist to join our Ajman team. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this position. No experience is required for this position.

Demands for the Candidate:
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Optometry or a related field
• Knowledge of the latest technologies used in optometry
• Ability to explain medical information in an easy-to-understand manner
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service
• Great problem-solving and communication skills
• Must be able to pass a background check

Job Duties:
• Examining patients' eyes using specialist equipment such as ophthalmoscopes and retinoscopes
• Diagnosing eye diseases, conditions and vision problems, such as nearsightedness or astigmatism
• Assessing patients' vision needs and recommending corrective lenses or treatment solutions
• Fitting, adjusting and dispensing eyeglasses, contact lenses and other vision aids as prescribed by an ophthalmologist or optometrist

Job Requirements:
• Minimum one year working experience in Optometry
• Ability to use specialized software related to optometry
• Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products • Must have excellent organizational skills
