Surveyor – Zayed City

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Surveyor to join our team in Zayed City. This position will be responsible for conducting surveys and providing accurate information about the local area. The successful candidate will use their knowledge and expertise to measure and analyze land, as well as prepare reports on the results of the surveys. The salary for this position is 1000. We are willing to consider a foreigner for this role.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct surveys of land, structures, and other features in accordance with established standards
• Measure distances, elevations, angles, slopes, areas, and volumes to determine coordinates of points
• Interpret survey data and prepare maps or drawings that show topographical features or boundaries
• Examine survey evidence such as deeds or other records to determine locations of boundaries or other features
• Utilize Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to collect data from field notes and aerial photographs
• Ensure accuracy of all measurements taken by utilizing appropriate equipment such as Total Stations and Electronic Distance Measurement (EDM) devices
• Prepare reports summarizing survey results in accordance with current practices
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or equivalent experience required
• Proven work experience as a Surveyor with at least 2 years in the field preferred
• Knowledge of surveying tools such as Global Positioning System (GPS), Total Stations and Electronic Distance Measurement (EDM) devices required
• Excellent understanding of surveying techniques and principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) • Strong communication skills both written & verbal
