Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Ajman. The successful applicant will be tasked with developing and executing sales strategies to meet our business goals, as well as managing the sales team and providing guidance, training and support.

Requirements for the Candidate:
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or related role.
• In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and principles.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage but not a requirement.
