Merchandiser – Jabal-Ali

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Jabal-Ali. The role is responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that the store shelves are stocked with the right products.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in merchandising, retail sales or a related field. You must also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of retail pricing policies and practices is essential.

Responsibilities:
• Maintain an accurate inventory of stock
• Ensure that the store shelves are always well stocked with the right products
• Negotiate prices with vendors
• Monitor stock levels and make necessary adjustments
• Develop promotional plans to increase sales
• Provide excellent customer service
• Analyze sales trends and develop strategies to maximize sales
• Ensure store compliance with all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in merchandising, retail sales or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of pricing policies and practices

Salary: 1200 AED per month We are ready to consider non-UAE nationals for this position.
