Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and passionate Executive Chef to join our dynamic team in Abu-Dhabi. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating and delivering innovative, high-quality cuisine for our clients. You will be in charge of the kitchen operations and supervise the kitchen staff in delivering quality dishes according to established standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for menu development and ensuring that kitchen objectives are met within budget constraints.

To be successful as an Executive Chef, you should have excellent culinary and management skills, a good understanding of food safety regulations and a passion for creating delicious meals. You should also have excellent organizational skills as well as good communication and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities:

- Create innovative new dishes while maintaining consistent quality of existing dishes

- Ensure that all dishes are prepared according to set recipes and standards

- Manage food inventory levels and order supplies as needed

- Supervise kitchen staff to ensure that tasks are completed correctly and efficiently

- Monitor food safety procedures in the kitchen, including temperature control of food items

- Develop menus while staying within budget constraints

- Train new staff members on cooking techniques and menu items

- Maintain a clean kitchen environment at all times
