We are looking to hire a full-time Carpenter in Zayed City and are offering a competitive salary of 1400. We are open to hiring an immigrant for this role and require no prior experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for cutting, shaping, and installing wood and materials related to carpentry. This includes measuring, sawing, drilling and constructing frames, structures and fixtures of wood or other materials. The Carpenter must also be able to read blueprints and sketches accurately in order to cut the right pieces in the right places. The ideal candidate should be able to carry out job-site visits in order to take measurements.

To qualify for this role you must have a valid driver’s license; be physically fit; demonstrate excellent problem solving skills; have strong attention to detail; be able to work independently or as part of a team; have good communication skills; have knowledge of safety regulations; possess basic IT skills; possess knowledge of building codes; understand basic mathematics such as fractions and decimals; possess basic hand tools such as hammers, saws, drills etc.; and have the ability to lift heavy objects when needed.
