Job Title: Land Surveyor
Location: El-Ain
Salary: 1200

Requirements for Candidate:
• Bachelor's degree in surveying, civil engineering or related field
• Proficiency in the use of surveying equipment
• Must be able to work outside in a variety of weather conditions
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to travel when required
• Fluency in English language (foreigners should have a basic command of Arabic)
Responsibilities:
• Developing survey plans, conducting surveys, and analyzing data.
• Utilizing an assortment of equipment such as theodolites and electronic data collectors.
• Preparing estimates for projects.
• Using computer software to generate maps, reports, and other documents.
• Assisting with other land-related tasks such as boundary disputes resolution.
Qualifications:
• Knowledge of land surveying principles and practices.
• Understanding of relevant laws and regulations regarding land use and development. • Ability to analyze complex information quickly and accurately. • Ability to work independently or part of a team with strong problem-solving skills. • Must be detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
