Job Title: Teacher

Salary: 1200

We are looking for an experienced, dedicated and reliable Teacher to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and tutoring students of various ages and abilities.

Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver lessons according to the curriculum and educational needs of the student
• Develop lesson plans according to the curriculum, taking into account the learning needs of each individual student
• Evaluate student progress and provide feedback based on performance
• Monitor student behavior in the classroom and provide guidance when needed
• Prepare students for examinations as needed
• Maintain accurate records of student grades and attendance
• Establish a positive working relationship with parents/guardians
• Remain current with developments in education by attending seminars, workshops, conferences etc.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field is required
• Minimum of 1 year teaching experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to work with different age groups and levels of academic ability
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Demonstrated knowledge of current educational trends, principles, methods, assessment techniques, etc.
