The successful applicant will have a strong technical background in civil engineering, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You should be comfortable with using both traditional and modern engineering methods to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. You must also be able to work with all levels of staff, from entry-level laborers to senior management.

A bachelor's degree in civil engineering is required for this position. Previous experience in the field and knowledge of local building codes is preferred. The ability to work independently or with minimal supervision is also essential.
