The successful candidate will be responsible for providing detailed measurements of the land for plans and other documents, as well as accurately recording those measurements in drawings and reports. Other duties include creating detailed maps from aerial photography, performing precise calculations to determine boundaries, interpreting deeds and other legal documents, establishing control points for construction projects, performing surveys of structures such as buildings or bridges, and preparing topographical surveys for proposed developments.

We are ready to consider an immigrant with no experience for this position. Qualifications necessary include knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, equipment and software applications; good organizational skills; ability to analyze data quickly and accurately; attention to detail; good verbal communication; ability to work independently or in a team setting; knowledge of quality assurance principles; valid driving license; physical fitness required to lift heavy equipment; knowledge of applicable local laws and regulations.

The salary offered is 1400 SAR per month plus benefits such as housing allowance, health insurance coverage, paid vacation days & sick days.
