As a Crane Operator, your main responsibility will be operating cranes safely and efficiently to move materials around the construction site. You must be able to read blueprints and diagrams accurately and follow directions precisely. Your duties may include setting up the crane before use, checking all safety systems before operation, loading and unloading materials onto the crane hook, operating the crane according to safety protocols, inspecting machinery after use and maintaining proper maintenance records.

To be successful in this role you should have prior experience as a Crane Operator or similar position as well as knowledge of safety regulations related to crane operations. A valid driver’s license is also required. You should possess excellent physical strength and stamina, good hand-eye coordination and excellent problem-solving skills. Furthermore, you must be able to work in all weather conditions and have excellent communication skills for interacting with other team members onsite. We are looking for someone who is reliable, organized and has great attention to detail.
