Duties and Responsibilities:
-Greet customers warmly and make them feel welcome in the restaurant
-Take orders accurately from customers and serve food and drinks accordingly
-Ensure that all tables are properly set up with cutlery and other necessary items before seating customers
-Keep track of customer orders to ensure accuracy of service delivery
-Make sure that all food served is of high quality as per standards set by the restaurant management.
-Clean up tables after guests have left and reset for the next guests.
Minimum Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Previous experience working as a waiter or waitress in a restaurant is preferred but not required
Job Requirements:
-Excellent customer service skills with an ability to respond quickly to customer requests. -Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment. -Ability to handle cash transactions accurately. -Ability to stand for long hours during peak times.
