Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Electrician to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and maintaining electrical wiring, control systems and equipment. The individual should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role. The Electrician must be knowledgeable about all safety regulations and codes for the electrical profession. The individual must be able to troubleshoot electrical problems and make repairs in a timely manner. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability and attention to detail. This position is open to both locals and immigrants with the necessary qualifications.

Responsibilities:
• Install, maintain and repair electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures in accordance with applicable codes.
• Ensure that all wiring complies with applicable laws and regulations related to electricity safety.
• Identify electrical issues by using specialized testing methods such as infrared imaging systems.
• Repair or replace faulty parts such as circuit breakers, fuses and other components as needed.
• Install energy saving devices in order to reduce energy consumption.
• Test continuity of circuits using appropriate tools such as ohmmeters, voltmeters or ammeters.
• Troubleshoot issues related to lighting fixtures, power outlets or other components of the electrical system.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed on each job site.

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent certification is required along with 1 year of experience working as an electrician in a professional setting is preferred but not required
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with no infractions during the past three years
• Must be proficient in the use of basic hand tools such as pliers, screwdrivers and wire cutters
• Must have strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Must be able to read blueprints/diagrams accurately
