Job Title: Barista
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Salary: 1300 SAR/Month

We are looking for an enthusiastic Barista to join our team in Riyadh. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for coffee and customer service to become part of our team.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience as a barista is not required, but preferred.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve espresso drinks, hot beverages, and other food items promptly and accurately according to company recipes and standards.
• Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional customer experience.
• Greet customers in a timely manner and take their orders accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area throughout the day by wiping down counters, cleaning up spills, etc.
• Actively promote coffee sales through suggestive selling techniques.
• Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines when preparing food items and beverages.
• Process cash/credit/debit payments in accordance with proper procedures.

Qualifications:
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with customers at all times.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining organized and efficient.
• Ability to stand on feet for extended periods of time while performing duties behind the counter or on the floor.
