Job Responsibilities
• Prepare hot and cold beverages according to customer requests
• Maintain cleanliness of the café area at all times
• Follow proper sanitation standards when handling food and drinks
• Assist in stocking shelves with products as needed
• Balance the cash register at the end of each shift
• Answer customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
• Provide exceptional customer service with every interaction
• Upsell food and beverage items as appropriate
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a barista or similar role in the hospitality industry
• Knowledge of brewing coffee, espresso drinks, bakery items, etc.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Great customer service skills with an outgoing personality
• Professional attitude and appearance
