As the Executive Chef you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our culinary operations and leading a team of chefs in creating exceptional cuisine in an efficient manner.

Job Description:
- Manage all aspects of the kitchen operations including menu planning, food preparation, staff management, budgeting, and inventory control
- Work closely with other departments such as sales & marketing to create menus that meet customer needs
- Ensure quality of food by monitoring presentation and taste regularly
- Monitor kitchen staff performance by providing ongoing training and feedback
- Develop new recipes while ensuring that all recipes are consistent with the restaurant’s standards of quality
