We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at a prestigious 5-star hotel in Riyadh. The successful applicant will have responsibility for overseeing all culinary operations, including menu planning, food preparation and presentation, staff training, inventory control and budgeting.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in high-end cuisine and possess excellent leadership skills. A good understanding of the local culture is essential in order to develop creative menus that reflect the tastes of the guests. You will be expected to ensure all staff adhere to strict health and safety protocols, as well as providing guidance and support when needed.

The successful applicant must demonstrate a minimum of five years' experience in a similar role, with an advanced understanding of food hygiene regulations and health & safety policies. You will also need to possess excellent organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure. Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
