We are currently seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate must be passionate about creating and delivering a great culinary experience for both customers and staff.

The key responsibilities of this position include: creating and managing the development of new menus; developing recipes, cooking techniques, and presentations for restaurant-style dishes; maintaining high standards of hygiene throughout the kitchen; overseeing the training, development, and performance of junior staff; ensuring that food cost targets are met; providing direction to the kitchen team on daily operational matters; coordinating with other departments to ensure a smooth workflow; maintaining records on purchasing, waste management, recipes and health & safety.

The successful candidate must have at least 5 years of experience working in a professional kitchen environment. They should have excellent culinary knowledge and creativity with the ability to produce high-quality food. They should also be able to work independently with minimal guidance while also being able to lead a team and work collaboratively in a busy environment.

In return for your expertise, we offer an attractive salary of 1000 per month in addition to other benefits. We are also open to considering immigrants for this role.
