The duties of the Project Manager include: overseeing projects throughout their lifecycle; developing project plans; setting goals and deadlines; managing resources; drafting reports; problem solving; managing budgets; monitoring progress; communicating with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle; ensuring quality control; providing technical guidance to project staff members; and providing timely completion of projects.
