Job Title: Project Manager

Salary: 1500

We are looking for a qualified Project Manager to join our team in Abu Arish. We are open to considering an immigrant for this position.

Requirements for Candidate:
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field such as Business Administration, Project Management or similar field.
• Proven experience in a project management role, with at least 3 years of experience managing projects of different scales.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and people management skills.
• Good problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
• Ability to plan tasks and delegate them effectively.
• Knowledge of project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, etc. is a plus.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

Responsibilities:
• Lead the planning and execution of projects from initiation through to completion, on time and within budget.
• Develop an effective project plan that includes the timeline, the tasks needed for completion, resource allocation, risk analysis and budget forecasting activities for each project being managed.
• Effectively manage resources such as human capital, material resources and finances allocated to each project under ownership/management with measurable results on performance indicators such as ROI/NPV/IRR/etc.
• Monitor progress against milestones; identify potential issues; escalate when appropriate; identify corrective actions when required; provide solutions when appropriate.
• Prepare timely status reports outlining progress against targets; communicate the impact of variances from the original plans based on actual results achieved over forecasted results; recommend corrective action where required.
