We are looking for a proactive and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. This position is ideal for someone who loves working with people and has a passion for delivering excellent customer service. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in an exciting and fast-paced environment with a competitive salary of 1100.

The Office Assistant will be responsible for assisting the office staff in providing administrative support, managing customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, organizing documents and data, managing office communications, and other duties as assigned. The successful candidate should be able to multitask, be detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and demonstrate an understanding of office operations.

We would prefer someone with some prior experience in an office setting but are willing to consider a recent immigrant to the Sharjah area who can demonstrate the necessary skills. The ideal candidate will be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other software programs used in office management. A valid driver's license is also preferred but not required.
