HR Manager - Abu Dhabi

A great opportunity is available for a talented and experienced HR Manager to join our growing organization in Abu Dhabi. We are looking for someone who can bring their expertise and enthusiasm to the role, and help us to continue providing excellent service to our clients.

The job requires a strong commitment to providing excellence in all HR processes from recruitment through to termination. You must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in this field, along with knowledge of current UAE employment laws.

The desired candidate should be able to demonstrate exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage people effectively, as well as working with other departments within the company. You will need excellent organizational skills, an ability to manage multiple priorities and an ability to use various HR systems including payroll and performance management systems. The successful candidate will also have a good understanding of employee relations, health & safety regulations and welfare policies.

Our ideal candidate should be a self-starter with strong problem-solving skills who is committed to team work but also able work independently when required. We are offering an attractive salary package of AED 1200 per month for this position (negotiable based on experience). We are open to considering applications from immigrants.
