We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate should have a positive attitude, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to think critically. The ideal candidate must also have a proven track record of managing human resources in a variety of industries and contexts.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies, recruiting staff, managing payroll, overseeing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, conducting performance appraisals, developing policies, providing legal advice and support to management on all personnel matters. The HR Manager will be responsible for keeping up with current trends in the field of human resources. Additionally, they will be expected to provide guidance on employee relations issues and advise on best practices in terms of performance management and compensation structures.

The successful applicant should possess a degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent experience; experience as an HR manager or similar role; knowledge of labor laws; proficiency with MS Office Suite; strong analytical skills; excellent interpersonal skills; strong organizational skills including the ability to multitask; and excellent problem-solving skills. Knowledge of HR systems is also beneficial.

We offer a competitive salary package for this position including a base salary of 1400 per month plus benefits. We are willing to consider foreign applicants for this position.
