We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. We are offering a competitive salary of 1200 and we are open to considering foreign candidates for the position.

As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all human resource operations of the company. You will need to handle recruitment and selection processes, develop company policies and procedures, coordinate employee training programs, and ensure compliance with labor laws. It is also essential that you have excellent communication skills, as you will be responsible for managing employee relations. Additionally, you should be able to provide guidance to senior management on strategic workforce planning.

The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience working in a HR management role with proven success in leading change initiatives and developing strategies. Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word and Excel is also desired, as well as prior experience with HR systems such as SAP or PeopleSoft. We require that the successful candidate have strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task effectively while meeting deadlines.
