We are looking for a highly-motivated and organized HR Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi.

This role involves leading our human resources team and overseeing all aspects of HR, from recruitment and selection to training and employee relations. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, be a strategic thinker, have strong communication skills, and be comfortable working in an international environment.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Oversee onboarding activities for new hires
• Support current employees by addressing queries, providing feedback, and offering guidance
• Monitor employee performance and attendance
• Develop training programs to enhance employee skills
• Ensure policies are up-to-date with labor laws

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or relevant field required
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role; international experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and decision making skills

Salary: 1700 AED per month. We are also ready to consider an immigrant for this position.
