We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience in the hospitality sector, and be able to demonstrate a successful track record of managing restaurants or similar establishments.

The role will involve overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff recruitment and training, customer service, budgeting, marketing and ordering supplies. The Restaurant Manager will also be responsible for ensuring that all food hygiene standards are met and that the restaurant complies with health & safety regulations.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong leadership qualities and be confident in decision-making. They should also be passionate about hospitality and customer service, with a friendly and approachable nature. The successful applicant should have an eye for detail and a good knowledge of food & beverage trends.
