The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant experience in management, leadership, communication, customer service, and problem solving. The Manager must be able to manage projects from start to finish in an organized manner with attention to detail and accuracy. They should also have sound judgment when making decisions and be able to think strategically.

The successful candidate will need excellent organizational skills, as well as exceptional interpersonal skills in order to effectively communicate with staff members at all levels of the organization. As part of their role they will also be expected to mentor junior staff members, provide performance feedback, and handle any disputes that may arise within the team.
