We are looking for a highly motivated Recruiter to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting and selecting candidates for various positions within the organization. This role provides an opportunity to work with a diverse team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job Description:
The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, assessing, and selecting suitable candidates for various positions within the organization. This includes developing job descriptions and working collaboratively with hiring managers to fill vacancies. The Recruiter will also be involved in background checks, reference checks, and other onboarding activities related to new hires.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources or related field
• Previous experience in recruitment is preferred but not essential
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
