Job Title: Housekeeping Manager

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Salary: 1600 AED/month

We are currently looking for a Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate must have excellent leadership and communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and have a high level of attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and oversee housekeeping operations including budgeting, scheduling and training of staff.
• Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Oversee the purchase of cleaning supplies and other items related to housekeeping operations.
• Ensure the highest standard of cleanliness is maintained throughout the property.
• Create staff schedules that meet the needs of the department while maximizing efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels of all cleaning supplies and restock when necessary.
• Respond promptly to customer complaints or concerns regarding housekeeping services.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel housekeeping, preferably as a manager or supervisor role.
• Excellent organizational and managerial skills, with ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to speak Arabic is preferred but not mandatory.
