Waiter job vacancy in Al-Kuwait Kuwait for unskilled worker


Job Description:

We are looking for a Waiter to join our team at Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring that all dining experience is enjoyable. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be willing to work flexible hours and have a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times
• Greet customers upon arrival and escort them to their seats
• Take orders accurately and serve food and drinks promptly
• Ensure all food and drinks are of high quality and served according to the standard recipes
• Check with customers to ensure they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems
• Clear tables after customers have finished their meals
• Provide guests with accurate bill summaries and process payments correctly
• Ensure the restaurant is kept clean, tidy, presentable at all times
• Maintain good knowledge of the menu items, ingredients, etc.
• Adhere to health & safety policies as well as licensing regulations

Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience working in a similar role in a restaurant setting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Foreigners welcome
Salary: 900 per month
