Waiter Vacancy - Al-Kuwait

We are looking for an enthusiastic Waiter to join our team at Al-Kuwait. This position is open to both locals and immigrants, with a salary of 1300. We are ready to consider an immigrant with minimal work experience.

Demands for the Candidate:
• High school diploma or equivalent;
• Knowledge of restaurant operations;
• Excellent customer service skills;
• Ability to handle multiple tasks;
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus;
• Basic math skills to take orders and calculate bills;
• Fluency in English language, knowledge of Arabic language is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:
• Greet customers warmly upon their arrival and present menus;
• Take orders from customers and serve food/beverages accordingly;
• Help customers in choosing dishes as per their preferences;
• Suggest food and drinks based on customer’s needs;
• Prepare mixed drinks, coffee, tea, sandwiches, salads etc.;
• Ensure all tables are cleaned and set up according to standards; • Cooperate with other staff members in order to provide excellent customer service.
