Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and hardworking Painter to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for painting the interiors and exteriors of buildings, homes and other structures. You must have a good eye for detail, excellent colour matching skills, and knowledge of appropriate materials and techniques. A salary of 1800 is offered for this position. Experience with airless spray equipment is a plus. Foreigners are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare surfaces for painting by removing furniture, fixtures, wall coverings, and caulking or filling holes; sanding rough areas; taping off areas; cleaning surfaces with liquid cleaners or water; priming bare wood or metal surfaces with appropriate primer
• Mix paint according to specifications that lead to desired color matches according to standards set by the company
• Calculate the amount of paint needed based on surface area measurements
• Apply paint using various techniques such as spraying, rolling, brushing etc.
• Check walls for smoothness and ensure quality of finished work
• Maintain equipment such as brushes and rollers in a clean working order
• Remove ladders and other equipment from job sites upon completion of projects

Requirements/Qualifications:
• Certification from a technical school in Painting or related field is preferred
• At least 2 years’ experience as a Painter in residential or commercial buildings
• Good knowledge of safety regulations when mixing chemicals, using ladders etc.
• Excellent colour matching skills
• Good eye for detail
• Ability to work independently without supervision
