Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare high-quality dishes according to established recipes within specified time frames.
• Develop new recipes, while adapting existing ones in order to create innovative dishes.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, safety standards in the kitchen at all times. • Monitor foodstock levels, place orders as needed and ensure that deliveries are accurate. • Supervise kitchen staff, assign tasks appropriately and provide guidance when needed.
