Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The Land Surveyor will be responsible for measuring, mapping, and analyzing land areas to determine boundaries. This position offers a competitive salary of 1000 per month. We are open to considering immigrants for this role.

Job Duties:
• Prepare and analyze data from surveys such as aerial photographs, maps and field notes
• Compute the precise positions of points, lines, areas and elevations by using theodolites, transits and electronic distance-measuring equipment
• Determine the relative position of points on the earth’s surface according to their distances and directions from known points
• Record survey measurements (angles, distances) in field notes or digital files using total station or robotic total station instruments
• Analyze survey data in order to determine precise locations of boundaries or other features
• Monitor changes in land elevations due to erosion or other factors
• Produce maps showing features such as roads, boundaries or contours based on survey data.

Salary: 1000 per month

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Land Surveying/Surveying & Mapping/Civil Engineering/Geomatics Engineering or similar field
• A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Land Surveyor • Knowledge of surveying principles and methods
• Ability to operate surveying instruments (e.g. Total Station) with precision • Excellent mathematical skills & attention to detail • Proficient in GIS software (e.g., ArcGIS)
