Business Manager – Doha

We are looking for an experienced Business Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in business operations and should have a capacity to manage and develop relationships with customers, vendors and internal teams.

The primary duties of the Business Manager will include:

• Developing business strategies and plans to meet organizational objectives;
• Directing the activities of departments such as sales, marketing, finance, human resources and operations;
• Analyzing financial data to monitor performance;
• Identifying market trends, customer needs and opportunities for growth;
• Controlling budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness;
• Overseeing all aspects of the organization’s operations;
• Recruiting, developing and leading teams;
• Negotiating contracts with suppliers, vendors and customers.
The ideal candidate should possess a Degree in Business Administration or related field with at least 5 years' experience in the same role. They should also demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities and knowledge of industry regulations.
