We are looking for an experienced, organized and capable Business Manager to join our Doha-based company.

The successful candidate must demonstrate a solid understanding of business principles and processes. They should have a proven track record of successfully overseeing projects from start to finish, including the ability to manage people, resources, and budgets. They should also be comfortable working with a range of stakeholders in their role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing business strategies and plans, managing daily operations and overseeing the Company’s financial performance. They will be expected to supervise staff, including setting goals and objectives, conducting performance reviews and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The Business Manager will also need to monitor market trends in order to identify areas of opportunity or risk.

The successful applicant must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong problem-solving abilities. A degree in business management or related field is preferred but not essential. We are open to considering immigrant applicants for this role. The salary is set at 1400 per month for this position.
