Office assistant job in Musaffah UAE for foreigners
We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Musaffah. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and ensuring the efficient day-to-day operations of our office.
We are offering a competitive salary of AED 1200 per month, and we are open to considering foreign applicants.
The successful candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. They should also be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Key responsibilities include:
• Greeting visitors and handling incoming calls
• Managing filing systems and organizing documents
• Scheduling meetings and appointments
• Tracking inventory levels of office supplies
• Organizing travel arrangements for staff members
• Providing general administrative support to staff members as needed
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working in an administrative role.
