Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Physiotherapist to join our team in Haur-Fakkan, United Arab Emirates. The role will involve providing assessment and treatment for patients with musculoskeletal conditions, as well as helping people to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

The successful candidate must have a degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution, along with the necessary licensure. They should also demonstrate excellent communication skills and be able to collaborate effectively with other health professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and treat patients suffering from musculoskeletal disorders.
• Evaluate patient’s range of motion, strength, coordination, balance, posture and functional abilities.
• Develop treatment plans based on analysis of findings and patient goals.
• Use physical modalities such as heat/ cold packs, ultrasound, electrical stimulation and traction to reduce pain and improve mobility.
• Educate patients on the importance of exercise, nutrition and lifestyle factors that contribute to health promotion and injury prevention.
• Keep accurate records of patient progress and treatments provided.


Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
• Licensure in the UAE or ability to obtain one prior to starting work.
• Demonstrated knowledge in musculoskeletal anatomy & physiology; neuromuscular & cardiopulmonary principles; manual therapy techniques; exercise prescription & rehabilitation; therapeutic modalities; prosthetics & orthotics; kinesiology taping; etc.
• Excellent communication skills - verbal & written - in English language (Arabic is a plus).

Salary: 1100 AED/month (negotiable based on experience)
