Job Description:
- Developing sales plans to achieve organizational objectives
- Monitoring customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts
- Assessing customer needs, building relationships, and responding promptly to customer inquiries or complaints
- Analyzing sales data and generating reports with insights on trends and opportunities for improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role with at least 3 years of experience in the industry
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent knowledge of CRM software as well as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)
