We are looking for an experienced, creative and motivated Executive Chef to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain. The ideal candidate should possess a degree or diploma in the culinary arts or a related field, and have at least 5 years of experience working in a professional kitchen. You should also have strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team of chefs. In addition, you must be familiar with all aspects of food preparation and presentation, have knowledge of food safety regulations, and the capability to stay up to date with new culinary trends. Responsibilities:

You will also be expected to train junior members of staff as well as ensure that the kitchen is always stocked with fresh ingredients for each meal service. Additionally you will need to regularly consult with customers about their dining experience and take action based on their feedback.
