Job Responsibilities:
• Developing, creating and delivering new dishes for the restaurant menus
• Overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations including food purchasing, preparation, presentation and cleanliness
• Managing and training kitchen staff members in their respective duties as needed
• Developing menus according to budget requirements while maintaining high quality standards
• Ensuring all food items meet health regulations and safety standards

Required Skills:
• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a similar role
• Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
• Advanced knowledge of culinary trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation and presentation
• Working knowledge of various computer software programs including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel)
• Ability to lead the team while maintaining high energy levels in the kitchen environment
