Job Description:
We are looking for a Land Surveyor who is experienced and highly motivated to join our team in Khawr Fakkan. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing detailed land surveying activities such as preparing legal documents, mapping boundaries, and creating plans for construction projects.

Job Duties:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
-Analyzing survey data to create accurate maps and plans
-Preparing legal documents such as deeds and boundary agreements
-Assisting in the preparation of bid packages and design documents
-Performing site visits to collect data and take measurements
-Maintaining accurate records of all survey work performed
-Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, codes, and standards
-Conducting research to identify property ownerships when needed

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field
-At least two years of experience in a similar role
-Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy
-Proficiency with AutoCAD or other software used in land surveying

Salary: 1800 AED per month. We are ready to consider a foreigner.
