Position: Land Surveyor
Location: Khawr Fakkan, United Arab Emirates
Salary: AED 1,500 per month

We are looking for a Land Surveyor to join our team in Khawr Fakkan, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing all aspects of land surveying to accurately determine and record land boundaries, elevations and other features.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct survey projects from start to finish including field work, calculations, analysis and data collection
• Use sophisticated equipment such as total station surveying instruments, GPS receivers and digital levels
• Utilize AutoCAD software to create arcs, lines and curves from points collected in the field
• Accurately document all survey measurements and results
• Maintain accurate records of property boundaries for local governments and other organizations
• Prepare detailed reports on property boundaries for use in legal proceedings or zoning purposes
• Provide technical advice to clients regarding land survey matters

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of UAV/Drone mapping/GIS systems is a plus
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
