In order to be considered for this role, candidates must have at least a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related discipline. Previous experience in this field is preferred but not essential as we are willing to consider an immigrant with no prior experience in this area. The ability to work well with others as part of a team is essential. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD is also required.
