Surveyor job vacancy in Riyadh Saudi Arabia


We are looking to hire an experienced and highly capable Surveyor for a full-time position in Riyadh. Reporting to the Head of Department, the successful candidate will assume responsibility for surveying land and buildings, preparing plans, reports and cost estimates.

The ideal candidate must possess a degree in surveying or related field and have at least 5 years of relevant experience in the same role. Technical proficiency in AutoCAD, GIS and other related software is essential. The successful applicant should demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability and is able to work independently with minimal supervision. The ability to speak Arabic is not required but an advantage.

The successful applicant will be accountable for ensuring accurate measurements of land and buildings; creating detailed maps; conducting research on zoning regulations; analyzing survey data; operating advanced surveying equipment; preparing reports and drawings; consulting with clients on project design and specifications; assessing building stability; overseeing construction sites; maintaining records; managing budgets; coordinating with engineers, architects, contractors, lawyers and other professionals as needed.

We offer a competitive salary of 1000 SAR per month plus benefits package commensurate with qualifications and experience.
