Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct land surveys and measurements to identify boundaries and prepare legal documents. You will use the latest surveying technology and equipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in your work. Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing survey data, preparing reports, and communicating results to clients.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in surveying or land surveying from an accredited college/university
• 5+ years of experience in land surveying
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, codes and standards
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, GIS and other related software
• Good communication skills in both English & Arabic
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to read maps accurately and interpret survey results
• Valid driver’s license
