We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in surveying, an excellent eye for detail, and the ability to work independently.

Job Description:

• Conduct surveys of land and property for residential, commercial and industrial purposes.
• Measure distances and angles between points using measuring instruments such as theodolites, GPS equipment and other technologically advanced surveying tools.
• Prepare survey plans, maps, graphs and reports based on findings
• Analyze legal documents such as deeds, titles and property descriptions to determine boundaries of properties
• Visit sites or properties to identify specific locations of interest
• Ensure accuracy of data by double-checking measurements
• Monitor changes in terrain or property over time.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or a related field is preferred but not necessary with sufficient experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Land Surveyor or equivalent role
• Proven track record in accurately measuring distances and angles between points is required.
• Familiarity with geographic information systems (GIS) technology is an asset.
• Knowledge of boundary law principles is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
