We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Project Manager in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong problem solving and organizational skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a demonstrated ability to prioritize work and manage multiple projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of all assigned projects within budget and timeline constraints.

The Project Manager will coordinate with the stakeholders related to each project, ensure that all project deliverables are met within the timeframe specified, provide guidance and support to project teams, and establish policies and procedures for project management. Additionally, they will also be responsible for managing project budgets and timelines, negotiating contracts with third-party vendors, monitoring progress of projects against defined objectives, identifying potential risks or issues within the project plans, developing strategies to mitigate risks or issues that arise during the life cycle of the project(s).

We are ready to consider applicants from abroad who have no prior experience in this role; those applicants should possess excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English. We require our Project Manager to be well-versed in modern software development methods such as Agile/Scrum/Kanban/XP as well as traditional Waterfall methods. Moreover, it is essential that applicants have knowledge of PM tools such as MS Project or JIRA.
