Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, including supervising staff, scheduling shifts, maintaining stock levels, monitoring customer feedback, and resolving customer complaints. You will also be responsible for preparing budgets and controlling costs while ensuring that all health & safety regulations are complied with.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry in Dubai. A degree or diploma in hospitality management or related field is preferred but not necessary. Excellent customer service skills are essential for this role as well as being able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment. A good command of English is also required.
